The Chief's Secretary is responsible for taking calls for the chief. The secretary does payroll for the police department, and makes sure that training records are kept current. The secretary orders all supplies needed, and helps to maintain the administrative departments.

The Records Division is responsible for making sure the department runs. Records check and re-check the work of the officers and make data entry that is vital to the mission of Law Enforcement. Records handles all reports and calls generated by the Police Department, EMS, and all Accident reports. Records keep all records safe and accurate and are a vital division in the criminal prosecution process. |
